Established in 1999, IMPACT Communications Australia is an award winning boutique marketing and communications agency that prides itself on providing results-orientated campaigns and being accountable to its clients.

A member of the PRIA's Registered Consultancies Group, IMPACT specialises in six main business silos. We have long-standing media relationships in the areas of: health & beauty; property, banking & finance; HR, education & training; food & lifestyle; IT & technology and environment & community.

IMPACT's founders and directors, Nicole Webb and Allison Lee, have more than 30 years of combined experience in public relations and marketing. The directors monitor all accounts, ‘top and tailing’ every activity undertaken by the IMPACT team. This approach ensures that all activities are ‘best practice’.
